American Diagnostic – 615RB – Multifrequency Scope
The American Diagnostic 615RB Multifrequency Scope combines the acoustic response of a traditional bell and diaphragm into a single, convenient one-sided chestpiece. Its innovative gasketed diaphragm allows for multi-frequency response by adjusting pressure—light pressure delivers bell-type low-frequency sounds, while firm pressure provides diaphragm-type high-frequency performance.
The ovoid-shaped chestpiece enhances ergonomics and is crafted from lightweight zinc alloy with a durable satin finish. A non-chill diaphragm retaining rim ensures patient comfort, while large-bore stainless steel binaurals with a satin finish optimize sound transmission. The double-leaf internal spring is fixed at a 15° angle for improved fit and comfort.
The scope features a reinforcing yoke molded into flexible 22″ PVC “Y” tubing for durability. Adsoft™ deluxe PVC eartips in small and large sizes provide a secure acoustic seal and superior wearing comfort. A spare diaphragm and scope ID tag are included.
