DNA Degradase from Zymo Research is a nuclease mix that quickly and efficiently degrades DNA to its individual nucleotide components. DNA Degradase is ideal for whole-genome DNA methylation analysis by many downstream applications (i.e., HPLC, TLC, etc.).
